Checked in fine, asked for a 3 bedroom they gave me a 4. They gave me two towels. Asked them for towels for two days then finally got them. Asked the first day about the room phone and they said call 0. When I tried to call it didn’t work. Told the same guy the phone isn’t working, he said oh yeah, none of them work. Lol. The shower was broken, the shampoo and soap sucks. No outlets for foreigners. Gross bathroom. Trash cans are rusted. It’s just gross.

Didnt like the place atall
Paid for the place but to be honestly didnt feel like staying over there a min. The room was not clean . Water was stopping at places and leaking

Very bad experience, the reception person is very unprofessional and no respect for clients. AC was not working and no water in WC and at the same time they are not ready to rectify the problems. No response to any problems. It's my humble request please away from this hotel. Otherwise you can't sleep and not able to perform your prayers properly. I seen the other people inside the hotel with same problems. Please keep in your mind these practical experience when you click on this property.

Would not recommend this place, the lack of investment is evident from all the poor reviews and staying there. Stayed here with my family for 4-5 nights we booked a family room first they gave us a room on the first floor which was infested with flies, they gave us a spray to kill them which didn’t work so moved us up to floor 2. No room service to the room, and the key card did not work, the receptionist blamed and shouted at us before changing the batteries on the latch on the third day. Not very comfortable and very dated furniture and bathrooms. Also they lied about shuttle bus to the haram as this was not available during our stay.

Worse Experience, Front desk boy: Abdul Rehman was very rude and disrespectful. even I booked early on booking.com but when the time i arrived they force me to cancel and ask for a higher charger to stay. Unfortunately, the arrival time was 1 am and i have no choice except to stay there with my family to perform Umrah on permit time.
