This hotel is super luxurious. Rooms are clean, tidy and super equipped. Staff are amazing and super friendly. Had the best time ever there. Will definitely book here every time I am in Riyadh.

Fancy hotel. Conference hall and rooms as well as parties and occasion office. Nice buffet restaurants. This hotel took best luxury hotel in the world prize for 4 times in raw. 2014 and 15 , 16 ,17.

This hotel is great thanks to the amazing hospitality and service of the staff, especially Mohsen from whom I received the best service anyone could wish for on my Birthday! Upgrade to a suite room where I found sweets and flowers ? to make my day even more special.

I wasn't there for a stay. I was there because we organizer a corporate dinner . Food was great, service was excellent and the team is super friendly. Mohamad who was in charge of our event was extremely helpful and made sure evertything was as perfect as we expected .

Female guests of the hotel be warned: you may get the impression from the website that the hotel has a pool, you may even select said hotel based on the presence of said pool, you may even see ads in the hotel lobby, and the elevator for the lovely looking pool, however, it is for MEN ONLY. There’s no pool for women, there are no women only hours. If this is the way things are done, so be it, but the hotel website and related ads create the impression that the pool is for ALL guests, not only the male ones.
