Mura Bustan Compounds in Jeddah

A superb house complex in Jeddah. Good security, amazing amenities inside for it's residents. Swiming pool, kids play area, tennis court, basketball court, coffer shop , grocery store all in the complex itself.

Became a terrible place after the new manager took over the compound almost 2 years ago.He is super rude to tenants and doesn’t listen to their concerns. Destroyed the nice image of the compound being for families. His only concern is to collect money giving no services or respect for people. Kicked maintenance staff who were working for years and knew everything about the compound and replaced them with new ones who know nothing. Even the reception and other management staff resigned one after another because of his inhuman way.deprived tenants of lots of rights they pay 100 thousands rials a year to enjoy like most shopping and school bus destinations and services and even maintenance. Everything was not working even swimming pools, electricity, water etc ! He used to refuse our maintenance requests and ignored most as he doesn’t want to spend money that are paid originally by tenants . I lived there for 3 years with family members and I could see the deterioration that took place in the last year. Its sad to see a nice compound in this deteriorating condition. Unfortunately I had to leave this place because of the terrible situation.

it's Campound is old, there are often power cuts. The building. The interior is old and ugly. there are problems with the water when you turn on the tap, the water is brown. The security at the entrance is not really secure. there are internet problems. In the house I still have a gas oven. I feel like I'm in 1990. I forgot to specify the gym is really rotten . That's advice was never going in this campound

This compound is a big disappointment. They really make us feel like we are trapped in a jail even though the purpose of a compound is to make you feel free. Everything is closed and you need permission to go anywhere such as the football and tennis court. The management should also start listening to the residents so they could improve the experience in this place.
