The best thing of this hotel is just 10 mins walk distance to Masjid Haram. Room is small but it's depend on what puspose You stay in this Hotel. If You are in business or vacation, You can choose any other hotels and cost more expensive. If You stay for umrah and Haj, this is the best thing that You can get with reasonable budget, the price of the hotels in Saudi, particulary in Mecca and Madina , is increasing after Covid, and Saudi goverment open the border for pilgrimage, thousands of pilgrimage come in to perform umrah every day makes it hard to find available room at any hotels. That the reason of sky rocketing the room price. Room is enough for taking rest and sleep while You are perform Umrah or Haj. Bath room is tiny but still can a acomodate the basic things such as toilet, shower. Still Good thing that Hot water shower is available and works fine. Free breakfast is available but dont expect too much. I sugest you buy some stock of food or bread on your room just to fullfill your stomach, and get proper meal outside at any restaurant around the Hotel. Have a good Pilgrim Haj and Umrah.

Just 3 min walk to Haram. Rooms r small but neat and clean as it's a 3 star property. If traveling with family it's highly recommended. Price is also not very high. And I think it almost takes the same time to reach ur room in Pullman zamzam or Mira ajyad. Room service has to be improved

Lifts are complete mess. My floor got skipped million times. Room is dark and tiny. Only get 1 keycard each room. Location is rather far from Masjid Al-Haram.

Nice place to stay for Hajj or Umrah..We stay there for 30 days. We have been chosen to complete our Rukun Islam ke 5 and we choose to go with Rayhar Travel SDN BHD.. Allah is great we managed to choose the right one. Only I have to separate room with my husband. Lucky I found a great friends who stayed with me in room 113. We have a great view from our window we can see Arab Saudi Palace.
