I'm sorry to say. But this is the worst hotel in my life. Only the location is nice because it's very close to Kaba . The quality of the service it very poor . Internet is bad, the security it soo rough. The hygiene in bath are terrible.
The lift it's not enough too much people. The food is everyday similar and the restaurant it's dirty and quality of the food is not so nice!

This hotel is so clean and new interior. You can find barbershop inside. Location is good. 15 min walk to Masjid al-Haram
