Very very bad hotel don’t visit. The card machine at the room door doesn’t work and nobody cleans the rooms

Excellent place to stay. Not very costly.

Location near to AL HARAM, only 5 min walk. Cheap hotel for umrah. service is very warm, staff is very helpful especially receptionist Mr Walid.

Distance from Haram - 10mins walk. The front of the hotel is dirty, smells bad and has dirty puddle. First impression was bad. Hotel is on steep slope. Difficult for elderly to walk down towards main road or walk upwards to the hotel. Wheel chair service is also available from hotel itself. Rooms - Stuffy and 4 beds in a room. One window but cannot be opened. Not much leg room. No phone in room. No bucket and jug available in the bathroom and not provided by the hotel either. Prayer floor available. This is a budget option for people who spend most of their time in Haram and come to hotel only to sleep.Do not expect much help from Reception. Food - limited options but food was very spicy but decent. Bread and Maida rotis are always on the menu. Room Service - 0 rating. We stayed for a week and the room/bathroom was not cleaned even once. We were told it would be cleaned every 3 days but that didn't happen.Do not expect much help from Staff on this. Laundry Service - once every three days. Advice to carry enough clothes. WiFi - Free and stable connection. Lift Service - 2 small lifts and always crowded. Need to be very patient.

Cheap hotel for umroh or hajj, location is very strategic because it close to al haram, service is very warm. But Internet connection is poor only good at GF or Musalah, Toilet flusher is broken. The front of the hotel is dirty, smells bad and dirty puddle. Also the lift is slow.
