My 1st time at this hotel…
The location is soooo perfect…. Literally a walking distance from the airport…
The only thing better than the location is the services and the staffs!! Gosh the staffs are crazy funny mad friendly super welcoming…. There is this guy called Abdulaziz great sense of humour he has… another called Hannan… She is super helpful with information.. great with communication amazingly hilarious… and intelligent…. This is the kind of services that creates such great atmosphere!!!
This for sure will not be the last visit to this Millennium hotel!!! Not just for me but also my colleagues and family..

Millennium hotel Madinah is very nice, at the reception is a very wonderful lady called Hanan, she’s so very friendly and warm, made my crew and I feel at home. She took her time to explain everything to us. I wish all receptionist would be as friendly and nice as Hanan

Had a wonderful stay. The staff were very kind and courteous. Ms. Raghad at the front desk was exceptional with a great smile and helping attitude .

The place is wonderful and comforting enough for me and the servers was phenomenal from Mr Hatim. He helped me a lot and provided a very good service. Thank you all I would recommend to visit

The hotel is good overall. We came as a group for work from Riyadh. AVOID a guy called illyas (revenue manger or something like that). He is terrible at customer service, he is a lier and not honest. Mr hassan or ihsan is awesome.
Not only that, but they also tried to charge me 120 riyals for nothing. Good hotel but ruined by their cheap attitude and low values
