quality hotel near from alharam but Walking is exhausting because plateau rise and fall for those are old in age ,comfortable and cozy.
No hot water for showers, poor house keeping and no shuttle

Awesome, worthy hotel where the price was very reasonable. The room was quite very spacious and good hospitality from hotel staff.
Do note that the hotel is on Jabal Omar hill. This requires both uphill and downhill walking to and from Haram. It take around 10-15 minutes walking from Hotel to Haram. Pro-tip - Walk through Anjum Hotel to skip some hiking walk. No shuttle service provided by Hotel.
For young couples, walk is reasonable but not for elderly. For elderly, can be challenging, exhausting walk to Haram.

Was planning to book & I just called to ask if they have shuttle service and the lady was rude & didn’t answer me, instead she said “I’m busy now, call later” & closed the phone!
I don’t think I will ever think about it as an option while in Makkah!

Mercure hibatullah hotel is a 3 star hotel in Makkah. It’s 100 meters away from Masjid Al Haram. Interior is good and well maintained. Providing a variety of accommodation types to meet all requirements. Affordable price and good service. Rooms are clean, spacious and in good condition. Rooms offer free WI-FI, flat screen TVs.
