Frankly, I wasn't much impressed at first day as the room didn't have big full size window as usually we have most of the hotels and especially in India. However, later when I searched for other options for accommodation, I observed that this is best in the locality. I stayed there for 14 nights. It was really good experience. They have a good variety in breakfast however they repeat the same every day. They have small but good Gym and indoor pool, sauna and steam, Wi-Fi with good speed. Its a spacious room and always cool and cleaned. I had to switch off the A.C. quite some time despite being 40-43°C temperature outside [July], because even corridor were maintained with good 23°C.
Staff was very courteous and assisted wherever they could. Comparatively they charge slightly upper side, but overall it was worth and good experience to stay.

Excellent value for money and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. Very close to Granada mall and there are a variety of eating places directly opposite, as well as a park area.

Good cleaning and services, though it doesnt seem like a 4 star hotel
Good hospitality, they upgraded us for free
Though we had a bit of a problem, we booked with breakfast, and when we arrived, the receptionist told us that the reservation is without breakfast and they are not allowed to offer us even if I have a copy of the reservation with breakfast unless they get an email from agoda (the reservation company that I booked from) that says so. So I missed my breakfast on the first day because of that. They tried to reach agoda with no response, but surprisingly it was so easy for me to reach agoda and I called them and gave the receptionist to talk to them and problem was solved so I had breakfast for the next 2 days, and it was good, both the American and oriental
Otherwise, my stay in the hotel was good
There's a bath and a shower in the bathroom
The bed is comfortable. Though the room was colder than outside. It wasnt noisy
There are stores and restaurants such as Albaik right across the street, and also a pharmacy and coffee store, and Dunkin donuts
Though there aren't any supermarkets or grocery stores nearby
Granada mall is near by, 5 mins by car
