The hotel offers poor services across the board, including cleanliness and transportation from the Haram to the hotel. The reception lacks credibility, and both the reception staff and bus coordinators provide subpar treatment. If you seek comfort, it's best to avoid renting from them as the experience is highly unsatisfactory.

I lost my bag in one of their bus search it for two days on own hotel is not safe at all.any hotel staff has not helped me in anyway they were sending me from here to there i was travelling alone i had horrible time

Recently stayed there for four days
Room was good,very good wifi...no signal issues,
Lifts were fast and always free even at prayer time.
Bus available for haram.
Prayer area with washrooms for men n women..
Parking available
Free water for hotel residents.
Free dates n qawa at iftar.
Washroom was ok..but reception was busy due to too much crowd.
Well service is so good,we call room service for cleaning and 4 5 men came together to clean..
I like the stay.
Highly recommended
