It was very bad experience to stay with this hotel in Makkah, I have booked it through Booking(dot) com, the room was very congested for a couple, No cleanliness even after giving then several reminders, the location was given on site is also wrong. The Distance from Haram was also not correct when I informed the Booking(dot) com they didn't bother about my complain and told me that we are unable to cancel your booking. Very pathetic and I strongly dislike and Never Recommend this hotel to book online and stay there.
