The rooms were neat and tidy. Proper and spacious furniture was available, including table and sliding door cupboard. There was a kettle available in room. Also there was a proper washing area for cleaning the crockery. The bathroom was clean. Hair dryer was also available. The wifi was kind of slow probably because large number of people uses it. There were 17 to 18 floors in the hotel. The floors included masjid at M1 and a mess at M for food. Fortunately there were four elevators which made it easy to reach the desired floor. At the ground floor there were different shops. The shuttle service is always available for people. However 15 to 20 mins walking distance from Masjid Al haram. It is suggested to use shuttle service because the way is kind of sloppy. Overall the ambiance and environment was very well.

Doesn't exceed 3 stars or maybe 2,5

They should increase their lifts quantity . Only 4 lifts are there and they are always busy but maximum 10 person's can go in the lift.

This is the best hotel and the staff is also very cooperative
