Outstanding hotel apartment in medina....the best....best service and brand new....the kitchen was fully stocked with utensiles
..highly recommend this hotel...also had daily around the clock shuttle to haram...the reception team were super friendly and very accommodating....they allowed early check-in for us....5******

Great hotel in Madinah. Everyone was very helpful, specifically Rahaf (reception), Ansori (staff). I needed something and both went out of their way to help me. Would recommend staying here again.

Great hotel and location, connected to Alrashed Mall. 15min driving to "المسجد النبوي". Superior services and care. Rahaf in the reception try to ensure a pleasent stay to the guests. Nice playground for the kids as well.

The rooms are very clean and spacious but the pillow are not comfy. The prices are high
