Staff is extremely polite and cater each needs.
Room service is very good.
Only we were faced with the issue of smell in the room that was being solved after a day.
Prior cleaning will make much difference.
location and shuttle service is extremely well to reach to haram on time.

No need to give much words, this place is absolute perfect. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially bellboy that I don’t know the name (sorry??) also Muntazir and Sari, room is great and they provide shuttle to haram. Price is high for some people but if you have the budget, this place is 100% worth it.

Stayed here a while back, great service and rooms. The atmosphere is very laid back and comfortable. The staff are welcoming, professional and friendly. Mr Yousef, Ms Rahaf and Ms Dania were excellent in assisting us extend our stay and ensured that our room cards and checkout times were all in order for the remaining period
