During my stay at Marriott, I encountered a problem that required the tech manager's assistance. However, his attitude was disappointing, to say the least. He was arrogant and unhelpful, which really tested my patience. Fortunately, Mr. Red Alqhtani, the hotel manager, stepped in and showed how things should be done. He apologized for the tech manager's behavior and handled the situation with class. I also want to give a shoutout to Ms. Rahf for her excellent service. Despite the tech manager's shortcomings, thanks to Mr. Alqhtani and Ms. Rahf, I'll be returning to Marriott whenever I'm in town.
