Marriott Executive Apartments Al Khobar

Seeing that this is my last day here I'd like to thank the staff super helpful & friendly They made my stay very comforting This is my first & inshallah won't be my last visit ?

The location and the hotel itself are incredible. Definitely will come back with my family again.

On the Marriott App, this property was promoted to have valet parking, but they didn’t launch their valet parking service yet. This is not the main reason for the low review, it is my experience with parking my own car. I stopped in front of the main entrance expecting the valet person, but I was asked to park my car in the back parking lot prior to check in. The gate was closed and I was refused entry, and was asked to check in first and then come back to park. I told the security guard that I went to the main gate first and they told me to park in the back first, and he said it’s their fault they didn’t tell me to check in first. Unfortunately, I found myself begging to stay in this place, and I would never recommend it to anyone who wants a convenient and respectful stay. To be fair, the staff at the reception were absolutely amazing, respectful, and welcoming, especially Zahra and the duty manager. One other thing to note is the floor plan for the apartment: the bedroom is windowless and I personally view this as a defect, but this had no effect on the review because it is already built and there’s nothing the hotel can do to fix it.

Totally satisfied with my stay at Marriot Executive apartment from check in until check out all was done professionally with a smile However one person exceeded the service expectations as he was invaluable and made my stay much better because of his attention to details and friendly service and smile all the time, Mr Fazla Rabby for me deserves a great recognition for his professional dedication and work attitude toward guests.

It was a wonderful apartment everything there was perfect, I would like to thank Mr Abdulrahman for his professional treatment he make my stay better, he did early check in for me also gave me a good view room thanks to him and for your professional management
