Unfortunately, the hotel has closed business & turned it to an extended stay (monthly), without any notice. The problem is that they still call themselves a hotel.

Rooms are clean ..But their service is slow.breakfast is not looking fresh and the cafe have old bakery items..staff was friendly.

The establishment is located in busy streets of Khobar. Everything is located with 5-10 minutes drive of this place including grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals and what not.
The hotel price is also reasonable. Staff is helpful as well.
Overall a good experience.

Never never never use its swimming pool if you dont know swimming. It is deep suddenly without any warning. We have near death experience including my kids and there was no one to help. We were about to drawn as we step just few centimeters in pool as there is sudden slope. Never ever go to this hotel if you are thinking to use pool. People will say its my mistake to use pool if I dont know swimming. But it was told that at one side it is 4 feet deep only. But never told that there is steep slop suddenly, no warning sign or line of this slope and no one was there for help. Luckily my kids and my self saved as my wife outside pool who helped us somehow.
