Marriott Executive Apartments Al Khobar

- the building that I’m staying in not allow smoking so when we arrived in the room we can smell smokes from the elevator, across the hall, and in the entrance of our room. I went to the reception to change the room because I don’t want to smell any cigarette again and they told go to you room we will see a room and we gonna call you, less than half hour I didn’t receive any call so i called to check and they said we’re getting a room ready for you in same building different floor so I waited again and again and again, after more than half hour my family started to wonder why they took so long check with them again and i said we should wait a little, after an hour i called the reception to check if they got the room ready and they said let us check and they surprised me they said the room is ready!! But why they didn’t tell me before i call? Why they didn’t take care!? Why I should be the one who call and check!!! Anyway i told them cool so can you send me a trolley guy and they said sure, the trolley guy didn’t come yet i think this will take another hour for him to come! However this is my first day and there’s 6 days left and I’m not sure what we gonna experience with them. I will surely give another review after the checkout.

Perfect place to spend your weekend or if you’re looking for an apartment. This is the place. The hotel facilities are very clean and new. Rooms are fully equipped, from plates, pans, utensils, and more. Washing machine is available too. Superb!! Ambiance is great, place is also quite. Location is good too, there is a nearby supermarket and restaurant etc. Hospitality is great. Totally recommending this hotel and hopefully it will be maintained. ?

New great service apartment with Marriott signature. Welcoming staff and manager , spacious parking, super clean, spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, super housekeeping with response within minutes. Large covered swimming pool. Gym is well equipped

I stayed 2 nights, it was an excellent experience starting from the amazing welcoming by Mrs. Fatima Elsadig and the place has met all our family needs. It's a prestigious hotel stay with full services, an integrated kitchen, caring for the details that families need, meeting all requests warmly, the internal swimming pool is fantastic.
