Karan Hotel

Last week I had the opportunity to co-host a 1-week meeting in the Karan. I must say that Mr Ali and his team did better than an amazing job. I would single out amazing individuals, but they did not wear name tags, so ... but every member was friendly and super responsive without being intrusive (which is a very difficult balance to find). The breaks were well stocked with refreshments (and they even took my special diet requirements into account) and lunch was well presented every day. All equipment worked well and the rooms have recently been refurbished and upgraded so they look great with good acoustics. One final thing ... the one time we urgently needed a member of staff they were easy to find (I accidentally did something with the laser pointer making it not work). Highly highly recommended for your next meeting.

Easy check in procedures that included asking for a family ID card. It seems very spacious as you enter the hotel creating a big wasted space for the hotel. There are two restaurants on the ground floor. The bigger one has an open buffet for 160 a person. I did not try either of them. There is not a private parking for the guests but every time I come back to the hotel I hope to find a spot close and I did find one. The gym is on the other Karan Hotel building which is less than 5 min away. A great gym that includes a pool.

Hey, I recently stayed at Hotel Karan and had a really bad experience. The rooms were small, the bathroom was cramped, and the furniture was super old. Plus, the lamps were broken, which was a bummer. The room service didn't provide fresh supplies, and the internet was so slow. But here's the kicker: I had a deal with them to stay for a month and go on a family road trip for 5 days. They said it was all good, but when I came back, they acted like they had no clue and even jacked up the price. Talk about a letdown! I definitely won't be recommending this hotel to anyone after such a terrible experience.

Very nice ambience. The staff is very cooperative. Immediate response from anyone. Mr Kazi / Mr Radhe/ Mr Raj /Mr Bhim / Mr Ali / Mr Rasel/ Mr Tamim all were excellent
