I am writing about my experience in the conference center. The staff are amazing and extremely accommodating - no request is too large for them. My meetings were a success, thanks in part to the amazing team at the Karan. Thank you to each and every one of you.

Very low quality place and poor communication between staff and dealing very bad with money conversion. I left without getting my change and had to check out early at 1 cuz the person didnt get informed about 4 pm checkout. Thats a very bad way to spend vacation with family

Nice hôtel with nice big rooms. The gym is only open from 9am to 11pm, and access in the other building wasn't easy. I had to wait for another customer to enter to be able to enter (there was no one at reception next to the gym).

I don’t know how this is a 5 star hotel, a lot of observations that 4 star hotel doesn’t even have it.
Rooms have a bad smell,
Old furniture,
Clothes washing machine drain hose is exposed,
Microwave is on the sink,
Hotel hallways are smelly and old style.
Price is very different from booking and reception.
Again how is this a 5 star hotel!!!???
