5 stars due to their hospitality and kindness as the hotel receptionist gave me a free upgrade to executive suite.
Rest I would suggest hotel management to change the small carpets as they are very dirty and improve the cleaning.
Overall our experience was wonderful in this hotel and we enjoyed the wonderful breakfast buffet.

It's always nice to visit and stay at this hotel. Every time I come I choose this hotel, for me it's on good location, personal are very nice, clean room every day,rooms are big, very good services as laundry, cleaning or room service,delicious food and kind reception to help you. I stayed here for approx 10 days, This is one of finest way points when visiting Jubail, we'll prepared and clean Room.
RESTURENT needs improvement too much Sea food aroma, had to leave for food outside.
ROOMs need to hv microwaves.
Over all I loved my Stay at this place

i just ate in their open buffet for as cheap as 46 sar. i stayed there from 7am to 10am, the foods are presented to be good, i suggest they add more fruits in their serving next time for same price.. i didnt go for rooms there cause my house is need.. but i will be trying to see it soon..
