This hotel is a disgrace to the intercontinental brand.
You walk into the lobby and it looks great but the minute you step into the hallways where the rooms are I’m shocked by the awful pungent smells that they try to hide with a mix of incense and pesticides that made my allergies act up.
The doors to the rooms are tiny it feels like prison cells - not to mention ugly and old.
Then you walk into the tiniest room ever that is definitely not worth it’s price to find stain on the bed sheets, old carpets that are smelly and very old bathroom.
Everything in this hotel is screaming in desperation to be changed/ renewed.
Please reconsider upgrading this hotel because it’s a huge disappointment.
Will never return.

Wonderful property
Next to corniche.
Abdul Rahiman from the Reception was extremely helpful. He guided us with a lot of useful information and made us feel comfortable.
The property is not new, but very well maintained and the welcoming team including the kahva and dates are of great quality.
Free parking and valet parking available.
Rooms and carpets are well maintained.
Free extra drinking water and tea bags were served with a smile throughout the stay.
It was a very pleasant experience.

We spent such a great time at this hotel . Everything is perfect . Location is great as it is close to everything . Breakfast is amazing and the staff are super friendly , specially the duty manager Abdalrahman who helped us a lot for the check out and stored our luggage for our second return . He definitely made our stay worth a while and with such a great attitude from such a person we can came again and would definitely come back again . Abdalrahman we can not thank you enough .

Truly a 5 star experience at the Intercontinental Jeddah. The layout is like a resort and the rooms are well appointed. Little things are carefully taken care of and the breakfast spread is amazing. Staff are warm and courteous and the prices are also great.

Only stayed here for a night but was a very nice stay. The rooms are clean, bathroom has everything needed, and the layout looks very nice. I was extremely impressed by the gym facility which was very large for a hotel, having everything from free weights to machines to even punching bags. They also had many other facilities within the gym which I did not get to, including a nice pool and some courts. The staff was very friendly and would jump to help with anything they can. We had breakfast at the buffet in the morning and this was the best hotel buffet I have eaten at personally. They had a variety of fresh made food and although I didn’t expect it, their guacamole was amazing. Overall, amazing experience for a single day.
