Most of the staff here is excellent. They went up and down to ensure our stay here was comfortable and enjoyable. They were polite and quick to offer their help. The hotel lobby and facilities captured the local culture with elegance and prestige. I never went to a prince's palace, but I think I have some idea now about how it looks. However, the hotel rooms and balcony were dusty, and some unremovable spots here and there. The furniture was ancient and not up to the standards of that first impression you get from the lobby.

Slow service.
I booked a room for one night and wanted to extend my stay I was busy in the morning I had a funeral when I cam back they had emptied my room and checked me out without contacting me.
The carpets in the rooms are not cleaned.
Definitely not recommended

Came here to attend the 14th annual international Breast Cancer conference. The venue is just great, it’s spacious, clean and the staffs and event organizers were nice and accommodating. Keep it up!

The hotel is a bit old, but maintained well.
Room was clean with comfortable bed.
Staffs were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet has good selection of foods.

It is a good hotel and we went for official meeting.
They will charge one lunch 300 sar buffet and you can eat anything wanted
Food is clean and quality and south indian dishes not found . Mandi also not available in buffer
Not too impressed
