Easily accessible
Online and off line booking available
Spaces available for Party and meetings
Friendly staff
Experienced and quality service
Ample parking space
Food quality is great and room service is excellent ??
All together a place to stay if you love a calmness around and excellent service.

We were touring the Middle East from Texas, USA.
The hotel is in a beautiful spot looking at the King Fahad Fountain.
20 minutes north, by car, is the beach.
10 minutes, by car, south is the historical Al Balad. We did both and loved it.
The hotel is beautiful. All of the staff are were 10/10 courteous.
We had extra water, extra towels, Saudi coffee waiting with dates when you enter and a beautiful pool that allows men and women to swim, which I’m accustomed to.
The rooms were clean. Beds were good. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Booked a stay for an entire week. Pretty expensive stay too. For the price one pays, the hotel reception is super frugal, they charge you to print more than 10 pages (for your entire stay) if you use the business center. 4 SAR a page. What an absurdity and lack of respect to their working professionals who decide to stay here. First they told me 10 pages per day then revised their statement and said 10 pages for an entire stay. ? I can’t make this up.

The Intercontinental Hotel Jeddah, remember this name for the best experience in Jeddah.
Recently I stayed there for 2 nights and it’s the best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at.
Beautiful building, and it gets more breathtaking when you walk in. The elegant reception area is what makes you feel so relaxed. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. The breakfast was so good and you can enjoy the best food here.
I would 100% recommend to stay in such a prestige place to enjoy your stay at a very elegant place.

This hotel is really the worst hotel that has happened to me in the last 20 years. Check-in with my group takes 90 minutes even though all the data was there.
The room was so run down and in need of refurbishment that it really wasn't a joy to sleep in. The one star in the rating is for the breakfast buffet, which was really very varied and good. Unfortunately the pool area was in the same condition and everywhere it was crumbling and quite unsightly. For me, a no-go camera in the men's changing room that was hidden on the wall without warning. Bottom line never ever this hotel again!!!
