One of the finest hotels in Jeddah, it overlooks King Fahad Fountain and is just a few steps from the Corniche. They provide all services with luxury. They have a fully equipped gym, a squash court, a swimming pool, and several excellent restaurants. The hotel staff are cheerful, helpful, and have a high sense of responsibility. I highly recommend it??

Completely Unhappy. First since we have checked in since yesterday, the experience at the check in was worst experience never seen such reception staff ever who does not know how to respect the guest and concerns of the guest. After getting in room my guest found the filthy and fungal in room window locks rusted, which is completely not acceptable as it dangers to health specially my guest who is currently staying at the hotel and there is no one is taking the action to solve their problems and provide that the exceptional services, despite complaint at the reception no response finally, at last after delayed for one hour Front Officer Manager appear and solve the issue. i have the photos too but server is not allowing to load, seems they are aware and dent want their guest to let the other knows about it, suspicious??? Trapping the people to book and suffer when arrive. very much surprising for such response specially from Brand Like IHG and High end Hotel like Intercontinental.

For breakfast, there is a very large selection and everything is delicious! But Rooms need updating. The safe works every once in a while. One European socket for the entire room. Half of the sockets are not working. And the constant smell of dampness in the rooms, so that it does not stink, you must always turn on the air conditioner. There is a swimming pool, but women can only wear special clothing.

This was an excellent hotel, they served delicious foods and super organized table setting they make sure the cleanliness of the surroundings and utensils and the rooms are clean and have a good ambiance. All of the staff's are very approachable.

I can't stop raving about the friendly and attentive staff especially Ms. Nida Baui, she made sure I felt right at home. They anticipated my needs and provided excellent recommendations, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a fantastic combination of outstanding customer service and delectable food. This place has set the bar high for others to follow. A big thank you to the entire team for making my visit truly memorable. I'll definitely be coming back for more gastronomic delight
