Room was average, not looking the best but it was clean. Toilet not in good condition, hygiene not satisfying. We payed additionally to have a breakfast, but it was disappointing. Tasteless, chaotic. When man in Mekka is, the hotel is not the priority, but still it should be place where you should have a rest a feel nice. For this hotel this was not the case. In general overpriced for what they offer.

The location of this hotel is approximately 800 meters from Al Haram. It's a strength road to haram.
The hotel is located slightly at the hill. Old people might find it difficult to walk.
Rooms are good.
Service is nice.
Food is okay. crockery is broken, which makes dining experience bitter.
Overall, it's a place you can stay.

Not a bad hotel and very comfortable too.
Loads of space downstairs with shops and even a mini market in reception.
The rooms are very spacious and the service is brilliant.
The breakfast does need to improve in my opinion. The variety needs to meet the description of intercontinental and not just have it all Turkish.
Walking distance from Haram to the hotel is 10 mins. I personally did not have any issues with it.
Over all, a good hotel.

Very run down needs a good refurbishment but the staff are excellent great service always willing to help that is the only reason I have given two stars otherwise non

Infinity Hotel is a five star hotel in Makkah. It is a great and very convenient hotel. It’s a minute walk from the bus station and 2 km from Masjid Al Haram. Hotels offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, and safes. The staff are nice, you may need to stay a little patient with them due to the high level of customers. The price is reasonable. Infinity Hotel is probably the best option. There are wonderful rooms and many enormous beautiful lobbies ( sitting areas ). Other amenities include a business center, 2 restaurants and 2 meeting rooms.
