Hotel is nice with good breakfast, i have a problem with smoking rooms, I booked king bed non-smoking room and they don’t even bother to your booking, after arrival they informed me no King bed is available they provided me non-smoking room but that wasn’t non-smoking, the staff is cooperate and changed the room and the room but the new room is also smoking, in the morning I requested to change the front office told me they will change afternoon, and i asked them in evening but at evening again non-smoking king bed not available. ( From here my review is for second visit, i have visited again and it is nice place to stay, breakfast is good and this time on my request they have provides me non smoking room, thanks to front desk they are really helpful)

Loved the hotel!
It is new, it is fresh and it is nice.
The rooms are bit small but ok, in my room the A/C sound was slightly high; but no other sounds from outside which is well appreciated.
The staffs are very nice, especially those at reception, they are pleasant and professional.
The breakfast at Town restaurant was included in booking, it was convenient yet it can benefit of better diversification of plates.
I recommend the hotel, especially it is suitably located.

Affordable and moderate rooms, friendly staff. Club sandwich could have been much better and soft drinks are slightly pricey. Overall the stay was nice, slept well on a nice cozy bed. Thanks Ibis!!

Stay at ibis jedsah city centre and it was good. Last minute booking and open two counter only and have to wait for 20 minutes. Anyway, all the staff are good and friendly. The room is clean and nice.
