The hotel is very nice and they have good customer service. The room attendant, Ruman Khan, who’s always cleaning my room has a great service and very nice person.

All the staff in Ibis & Adagio are well-trained in receiving guests. We recently had a business meeting for 2 days and everything went very well. Ahmad's service is fantastic! He is very accommodating, friendly, he knows his job very well and he can anticipate our needs before we even tell him. He is one call away and he prioritizes the guests.

It’s a good hotel depending on what you are looking for. Rates are very very affordable, but the hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are the standard ibis rooms (small) but I found this hotel to be better than the other ibis in Jeddah. The gym is also open 24 hours a day which is a big plus. Breakfast buffet is decent. And there is a Circle K in the next building so you can buy any snacks or other essentials. Would highly recommend if you are traveling on a budget.
