The room, the location, the staff, the cleanliness of the room are captivating, incredible and I enjoy it. It was one of the best hotels here in Jeddah in this specific southbound town location. I do love it

Not a good place to be during Ramadan. Services needs a lot of improvement. No body answers the phone (no operator, reception, house keeping, room services, duty manager). The restaurant people are rude. No consideration for people who come for food. Order taker don't understand what we want. Room cleaning is not good. I went will the cleaning sign but nobody clean the room. There wc is leaking. The hotel needs right management to take care of the property otherwise the people working here will spoil the name and the brand. Pls urgently look for better services and hospitality.

It was a great place to stay with the family. Very clean and the team was very responsive. The parking lot is kinda tight but overall good place

The manager in charge (Mr. Wael) has fully supervised and has displayed exceptional service to meet our needs and wants. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating.

we had the worst experience ever! we paid for the rooms couple months ago with points, when we got there they said we did not pay and we have to pay again?! The issue is appointing receptionist and manager who did not trained well and needs to know how to speak English properly and how to treat guests well, so disappointed
Oh no we left the building, I didn’t want to stay a minute there, I found another hotel way much better with service, price and location!
