Their hospitable spirit is something else ❤️ the staff is amazingly cheerful ✨ especially Mr. Tawseef ✨✨✨
everything is great except for the lobby decorations they definitely need to be changed

Holiday Inn- Izdihar is beautiful hotel located in this area,
They have two building in same location,
Many corporate meetings and training were held in this hotel,
They are excellent in proving the service,
Incredible breakfast and lunch available in this hotel,
A wide hall for training and meetings,
I attended several trainings and meetings in this hotel and I loved the atmosphere and service provided by holiday Inn.
Recommended to stay here as this is near exit 7 and almost in heart of the city.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it offers impressive amenities and facilities, there are a couple of areas that need attention for a better guest experience.
On the positive side, the hotel boasts excellent amenities and a wide range of facilities, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.
However, a notable concern is the lack of a zebra crossing for crossing the road between the two hotel buildings. This could pose a safety issue, especially for families and those with mobility challenges. Addressing this matter by providing a safe crossing point would be greatly appreciated.
Additionally, I observed that some of the Saudi staff members appeared less attentive and hospitable compared to the overall standard. A consistent and friendly approach from all staff members would contribute to a more welcoming atmosphere.
In summary, the hotel's amenities are impressive, but attention is needed to improve road safety and ensure a uniformly positive staff attitude

It was a great time to drink morning coffee and snacks, and to relax and enjoyed the quiet place.
While my kid was enjoying their graduation party on the opposite side of the hotel, I was waiting there, and was a good experience with good people working there, thank you so much for being nice and welcoming starting with the security man ends with the customer service.

I stayed in this hotel for 8 days. First day was horrible as I got a room in east side of the hotel which was looking empty and bed, washroom was broken. However, on request hotel staff had moved me to west side which is better and all the staff members were very helpful. Overall, it was a good time in this hotel.
