It is a very cordial atmosphere once we enter the hotel. Very helpful and supportive staff right from reception to bell boy. We enter the restaurant for meals we are greeted by a very pleasant smile by Evelyn, the Philipino girl working there. Once we finish our meals, she immediately clears the table. Very impressive. Overall, it was a very wonderful experience.

Very nice Hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are outdated, but are currently being renovated, afterwards the hotel will be 5 out of 5. Especially good was the service provided by all employees that I interacted with. The dinner is reasonably priced and tasty.

front door congested as people park their cars day and night. No control on the drop off and pick up zone or even signs front desk staff dont confirm your name and room number before passing you a replacement key card staff dont provide you information at check-in they just pass you a key card, they dont confirm your package or explain where you can have breakfast, dinner or your way to your room restaurant dirty dishes, utensils, table and salt/pepper shakers stale hard bread, croissants are bread and the sweets taste is horrible not fit of a 4 or 5 star restaurant. The food is hit or miss depending on the day and dish being prepared. Room Maintenance staff seem to be repairing without any clue how to make their repairs aesthetically pleasing. Wall paper is pealing off the wall. Pool Small and shallow Hallways Are clean and well maintained Housekeeping staff Very helpful and do a great job cleaning

Professional and friendly staff committed and ensures customers stay is enjoyable and comfortable. Variety of food with unforgettable experience of taste. Five star services with lot more than we accept. They know we have a variety of hotels to choose from, so they feel honoured that we selected to stay with them. I hope you will have an enjoyable stay with Holiday inn hotel.

I had the worst iftar experience ever today , i made a reservation for iftar in the main restaurant and it was promoted by hotel before Ramadan with discounted coupons. We arrived before iftar and there was along line at entrance of restaurant, the guy there held people for payment before going inside and ignoring those with coupons. He kept doing that although i stand just in front of him til i got angry, only then he made us pay and allowed us to go inside. Iftar was a complete mess, tables are not ready , no cups ,no napkins , no drinks only one bottle of water shared by 6 persons. The buffet was another disaster, food is so bad , no refills , people are searching for something to eat. After long time , they brought one tray of grills after almost everyone sat down to eat their salads and rice. I can tell that restaurant was obviously overbooked and staff are not ready for those kind of events. I don't intend to go back this place and i don't recommend it to anyone.
