I had the worst iftar experience ever today , i made a reservation for iftar in the main restaurant and it was promoted by hotel before Ramadan with discounted coupons.
We arrived before iftar and there was along line at entrance of restaurant, the guy there held people for payment before going inside and ignoring those with coupons. He kept doing that although i stand just in front of him til i got angry, only then he made us pay and allowed us to go inside.
Iftar was a complete mess, tables are not ready , no cups ,no napkins , no drinks only one bottle of water shared by 6 persons.
The buffet was another disaster, food is so bad , no refills , people are searching for something to eat.
After long time , they brought one tray of grills after almost everyone sat down to eat their salads and rice.
I can tell that restaurant was obviously overbooked and staff are not ready for those kind of events.
I don't intend to go back this place and i don't recommend it to anyone.
