OK spot if you need a place to stay for the night in Tabuk, ideally for work and a place to rest the head. Nice staff, but building could do with a renovation.

Does not seems to be a Hilton Garden Inn hotel it has a good service but needs a lot to meet the standards especially while being located in Tabuk one of the major issues is the food puffy and menus, bed sheets and the quality of the appliances in the bathroom like the shampoo and shower gel.

We have driven ourselves to this hotel and it was very easy to find with Google Map as a guide. Parking was also available at the side of the entrance, which was very convenient.
The best thing about this hotel, though, was its first-class service! From the time we arrived, we were greeted by very friendly and efficient staff at check-in, and a very helpful and smiley guy named Asfar, who showed us to our room.
The room was of the standard expected of Hilton Garden Inn. Nothing fancy but more than sufficient for our one-night stay. At around 2am in the morning, the guest next door decided to call someone and talked very loudly on his mobile at the sliding door. We were woken up by this, and I called receptionist, who promptly called the guest to shut him up. We didn’t expect our complaint to be dealt with so promptly at that hour of the day. This, to us, was first-class customer service!
The staff at check-out again were very pleasant. For us, it has been a very pleasant stay.
