From the check in moment we knew we found a gem in Tabuk. Room was spacious, with a modern bathroom and amenities were supplied by Crabtree & Evelyn. We ordered room service which was promptly served and the soups and sandwiches with fries with paprika powder were divine.
Breakfast spread was sufficient with variety of hot foods, eggs, meat slices, selection of veggies, a nice range of pastries and the all grain bread was amazing. There was even a self make waffle machine ( heaven ). Coffee machine by WMF with its selection of cappus, americanos, espresso, cafe latte etc. Teas in a box were laid out but being a coffee lover, I did not take time to check the tea variety. Overall highly recommended.

Someone (who might be housekeeping) stole money from my handbag that was inside the closet at the hotel, and no one did anything about it, and they did not return my money
The Security team is useless.
Manager is not available at all .
Basically anyone who’s working there “can’t help you” cause it’s the useless security team’s job.
Note:
for anyone who wants to visit this hotel.
Don’t leave anything valuable you want in the room. (Not just money.)
Just keep it with you or in the safe (preferably with you).
Update: The manager called. He was mad that I wrote that he was not available.
That was the first time he contacted me ever, even though they have my number.
He said he didn't like my attitude and asked me to never visit again
