Reception staff is polite and professional.
Chefs are good too, food is tasty (a la carte).
When I first entered my room I was welcomed by a moldy smell. The room is spacious, nice view (sea - windows can't be opened). Bathroom was clean, but big towels and sliders were missing, so I requested them, went out for dinner, came back and found both laying on the floor in front of my door (see picture). For sliders, okay, but for a towel, not acceptable in a "4-Star-Hotel"! The carpet in the bedroom hasn't seen cleaning in ages. Spots from spilled coffee, clearly nobody even tried to clean it.
From the moment I entered this room I switched off the AC as it was really cold inside. Unfortunately, even when switched off, cold air comes through the ventilation system, impossible for the room to heat up. Maintenance came, had a look (not touching or feeling anything), left by saying "I will check in the system"... never heard from him or anyone else again. So I took things in my own hands and blocked the cold air stream with towels mounted to the AC outlet. By doing so I realized that also the AC never experienced any kind of cleaning...
Really disappointing stay.
