Hilton Garden Inn Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia

I stayed there while on a business trip, very neat hotel and service. Good breakfast spread. However, it may get boring if u stay longer days. Just wish the surrounding areas have some good restaurants.

Our stay in hilton jubail was very disappointed this time the room cleaning was good but there was no tissues in the room. Very less option for food. And There are 2 pool one for kids and other for adults the adult pool water was very dirty and not good we stayed for 1 night but this time not happy at all service was very poor we asked for dental kit but it was delivered very late and in checkout time we asked for some chip's and cookies to add in our bill but the receptionist doesn't know how to charge the items in our bill so he told us that we cannot take the items.

Very nice hotel, service by the staff was great. Room service was quick and efficient plus good value. Near the water with a nice underground parking lot.

The customer service at the front desk, represented by "Azizah," left much to be desired. Their behavior was impolite, and the receptionist at the restaurant made me feel like I was lying. He had gone from the restaurant to the front desk simply to confirm that breakfast was included in my reservation, but there was no need for such scrutiny. Instead, I was made to wait for an extended period of time, and at worst, he can charge my room. Furthermore, the layout of the toilet was extremely inconvenient. It was positioned right next to the wall, forcing me to sit sideways in an uncomfortable manner. Additionally, the electrical outlets in the room were fixed for a specific type of plug, making it impossible for them to accommodate other plug types, particularly for international visitors. During the night, the air conditioning was not functioning optimally, leading to discomfort and a less than satisfactory sleep experience. Moreover, to my surprise, the elevator was out of order, and there was no sign indicating its status. Overall, my stay was far from pleasant. I sincerely hope that the hotel management takes measures to improve their service and shows more trust in their customers.

Very good facilities and super nice staff. Shout out to the dining Captain Ibrahim for his kindness and hospitality, talking about going above and beyond, thank u Ibrahim. Although, you might wanna do something about your beds, it’s literally like diving into the mattress + back & nick pain afterword
