ALL THIER REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!! THIER STAFF CONFIRMED THIS! We had our luggage stolen from us, we reached out to them multiple times and they did not respond. We had a water leak from the window and my son hurt himself, they did not have first aid box to treat his cuts.

It's sadly to say 1 star does not even deserve to be rated with. We made a reservation for Iftar for 12 people, no table was set, no dining set on the tables, no dates, coffe neither water. Alot of costumers were making complains. Unfortunately the food area is very small and the dishes was immediately vanished. Service is extremely horrible, no management team at all. Even plastic cups they were out of it. Chicken is raw and I called the chef and the manager, no action to be done. And no professional customer service This hotel need a strict and professional management, and quality control on food being served. Don't pay your money, not worth a penny. لا تسود وجوهكم قدام عزايمكم.

I booked a proper room and instead was given something that barely fit the bed. Every day, they promise to move me and never do so. At the same time, they didn't clean the room for 2 days.

Booked with them around 3 weeks in advance of my planned 5 days buisness trip. Three days before my planned stay date i recieve a call from the hotel to pre-authorise my credit card and secure the booking which was fair as it was a busy week in riyadh. The big surprise came 1 day later when they told me that they are overbooked. Not only that they locked the amount from my credit card that takes a week to get released, this came as a last minute and nearly all alternate hotels are booked and rates are triple the normal . Very unprofessional, stay away if you do not want get bumped and jeopradize your travel plans

This hotel was extremely poor for amount of money paid, we paid around 600SAR per night and although the hotel seemed to have good reviews it was far from that. Firstly, the room was extremely cold and we asked to have the ACs looked at 3 times and nobody showed up until eventually an electrical engineer showed up and said the AC is off and the room will start to get hotter. He clearly said this to keep our mouth clothes before for the next 4 nights it was extremely cold. Apart from this the hotel is really poorly designed and the quality is bad, the bedsheet smell bad and the towels too. On many occasions the cleaners would not leave towels in the bathroom and take the used ones, when we ask for a new towel, you have to ask a few times before it comes. In all, i would avoid hadab the only good thing is the location.
