Its old but spacious. The on duty manager Rakan was really pleasant, helped us changing the rooms and was very honest and supportive.

terrible in every aspect, old worn out furniture, old dusty curtains, mold on the wallpaper and ceiling. feels like a hostel more than a hotel. how are even operating. zero stars.

The Saudi receptionist was very polite and cooperative. The hotel is clean and has an excellent location in front of the corniche.

I booked the Executive Suite for my family of 5… and we were all quite taken aback when we entered our suite… it was HUGE!! The lower floor has a kitchenette with tea maker, microwave and fridge, and the living/dining area is extremely spacious. There is also a maid’s room with iron/board and a full bathroom downstairs. And upstairs there are two huge bedrooms with king beds and attached baths. The air-conditioning is efficient, the beds are comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay. They provided us with extra towels immediately. The whole apartment was very clean. The place is just across the road from the corniche and many eating options, so if you want to spend some time at the corniche, it is strongly advisable to just leave your car at the hotel, and walk down there! There are not many channels on TV though (and NO English channels)… they should try and improve in this aspect. Breakfast was rather basic and just passable… this could be improved as well… although the staff in the restaurant were very courteous. This place is a steal for the price, and is highly recommended!
