The unsatisfactory check-in, receptionist performance, room cleanliness, unresolved water leak I faced in my kids room, and overall experience made it not worth it to pay for an extended stay or revisit the hotel.

Very nice and luxury place to stay with family, most of the restaurants and shopping centres are near however the appearance needs a renovation and I suggest to include breakfast for all deals to encourage future guests.

Its an excellent hotel, exceptional services and care , few min walk to masjid nabwi , its in front food kiosk and back side with main road.

Location was awesome as near the Cornish. Rooms were good. Furniture was a bit old but clean. Service was a bit slow as one of the washroom shower not working, I requested to fix the technician came in night but problem was fixed next morning.
The card used to open the room door stopped working very frequently, they always said not to keep it with mobile. They must change with new cards.
