Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Was not provided towels upon check-in, and the reception staff was really rude about it. How can a hotel not provide towels? Wi-fi was also really slow, not recommended for remote work. The smell of AC is horrid, like it hasn’t been serviced for years. Absolutely horrendous experience. Never again.

I'm in the hotel now .
No service No towels No tissue after calling a multiple time they provided the towels
Very bad experience .
Room smell is very bad washroom is very ugly
Too much dust and not clean
After twice confirmation of reception to stay more 2 hours they agreed but before 1 hour one Bengali bell boy came to door and knocking the door continuously and blaming reception calling you and you didn’t give the answer he is lier no call received from receptionist at all .
After making a complaint about the Bengali bell boy receptionist telling only sorry that is not acceptable. So I kindly suggest you don’t book in this hotel .
