If you coming to saudi for tourism don’t come here if you are looking for a hosting hotel it is not a place for you, what shows on their booking policies is not what their real policies are, you’ll end up paying for nothing

Slow service
Broken child beds
Limited breakfast varieties ( they did not tell us about the grill section)
The room door kept squeaking
I wouldn’t choose it next time
