The air-conditioning is noisy when you put it as super mode. But you can make it quiet just by lowering the mode. The best part is the location of the hotel. It is close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants.
The breakfast is cheap for the guests. It is not like a high quality. But it is not bad for the price.

Coffee excellent.
Well recommended.
Visit Dammam, Stay in Golden Tulip and Enjoy Corniche Road.

Unfortunately I stayed for 2 nights there and it was the worst hotel I've ever been in .
1 - it's not clean, I asked room service to clean the room and no body come to clean it for 2 days .
2- there is no any room supplies, even the soap bottle when I first got the room was empty ,and you have to call the reception every now and then to tell them if you're lacking anything
3 - the room is very dark , barely you can see , and the furniture is old , beside of the bugs
4 - room service is really the worst among all the hotels I've seen .
Definitely not recommended

Took one hour to get checked in as no room was ready. Room service did not work during all my stay, leaving me in a very bad condition to get food as local apps required a local phone number. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The hotel, overall, is quiet, and designed in a modern style. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive in their service.
Spots noticed on the room carpets.
Door access given to another guest.
Breakfast is simple
Rooms have a good space overall and are well noise isolated.
