One of the best experiences in Al Khobar city in eastern area in KSA.
The rooms are clean and good, the room service was good and the staff are nice, receptionist were very nice and helpful.
They have WiFi connection, but the network speed is not that good.
Restaurants and other facilities in the hotel provides a good service.
The location have a sea view and you can find almost everything near you.
It was a good experience in general.

An extremely disappointing stay.
The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and when I asked for a change, the replacement room had a strange odor emanating from an unclean sink. The receptionist was neither friendly nor accommodating, leaving most assistance to be provided by the doorman alone.
Given the nearby hotel options, I'd strongly advise against choosing this one.
