One of the best experiences in Al Khobar city in eastern area in KSA. The rooms are clean and good, the room service was good and the staff are nice, receptionist were very nice and helpful. They have WiFi connection, but the network speed is not that good. Restaurants and other facilities in the hotel provides a good service. The location have a sea view and you can find almost everything near you. It was a good experience in general.

An extremely disappointing stay. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and when I asked for a change, the replacement room had a strange odor emanating from an unclean sink. The receptionist was neither friendly nor accommodating, leaving most assistance to be provided by the doorman alone. Given the nearby hotel options, I'd strongly advise against choosing this one.

The room was clean, but the bathroom smelled terrible as if the ventilation wasn’t working. Great room service. Weirdly after I checked out, I sat in the lobby waiting for my ride to come and opened a delivery bag that just came with my matcha and fruit salad, and an employee ambushed me out of nowhere ? with rules and regulations. “Food is not allowed here, sir!” I said ok, this is just a drink, and I just checked out of my room; then, “Well, if you checked out, your not supposed to be sitting here!” I was like ok, sure thing. Either way, I didn’t debate the rules or explain the expectations of hospitality. People meet in the lobby and drink or eat snacks, especially if they are your guests you should be more flexible to keep a positive vibe✌️
