Don't expect 4 star services.
Their staff is trying to convince me that 1 small hand towel is enough in each toilet of a diplomat suite.
So i was failed to get a second towel how can I ask for a baby bed and blanket, feeling like they provided me a free stay and i shouldn't ask for anything else now.
By the way i am paying SR 620 per night

I tried the buffet and it was really good.
No complaints except for maybe the drink selection.

This was our second time buffet dinner at Golden Bujari and I found the food was just okay and they really need to improve the taste of their food especially UMM-ALI dish. But the most pathetic was their young egyptian cashier (Mahmoud) with no smile on his face whos attitude is really pathetic. He said I need to pay for my daughter as well and I told him my daughter is less than 6 years old. He didn't trust me and then senior manager has to interfere and he was a polite guy and I showed him my daughters permit where age was written. Waiters attitude was very professional by the way.

Good location and nice team happy to help. However, the carpet was old one.

Very decent rooms, great staff!
The buffet is a must try, including their lamb, kebab and kunafa!❤
