Its an average hotel... We cannot rate it as 4 star hotel.. No idea about breakfast as i didnt take it till now ... lets see...

They request for 100 SAR for insurance which I never have been asked in any hotel, their check off is also at 13:00 while all hotels ask you to leave at 15:00
