Currently staying in the hotel for five nights to see it’s a good location for bringing my team when travelling.
At check in it was less than desirable, I was put into a room overlooking a building site with a lot of noise and very dark due to how close the construction is next door.
Thankfully Ayyam was fantastic and supported me in getting moved to another room with some more daylight. If you’re booking an apartment, definitely check which way it’s facing as some there is virtually no light. I’d also go higher if you can, even on the 15th floor where I am, there’s a fair amount of noise from the road.
(Oh and one more quick point, just because it says it’s a non smoking floor, doesn’t mean people follow that - my non smoking room smells quite bad of smoking)
The room is great, not the biggest I’ve been in for the money, but the quality of fixtures if good and well fitted wardrobe space for the visit.
Unfortunately no kitchenware at all in the apartment, despite it being listed as such, which is disappointing.
I’d also make a suggestion that getting access to room service could be easier, there’s no menu in the room.
The service of the team in the Jones the grocer restaurant has been fantastic, and the food quality is great.
Definitely a few enhancements to make and next time I’ll probably opt for a larger room, but all in all - not bad at all.

I resided at this hotel for a duration of 30 days. The two standout aspects of my stay were the excellent food and service. The experience was truly delightful. I particularly relished the extensive breakfast offerings, and I extend special gratitude to the Head Chef, Kannan, for accommodating my personalized breakfast request; the food was not only delicious but also a highlight.
Regarding the room, the air conditioning was not as effective as desired. The room failed to cool adequately, leading to disruptions in my sleep. The rooms and bathrooms are equipped with sensors, but there were some challenges in obtaining a hot water shower. It took at least 10 minutes for the hot water to become available, after which it was satisfactory. The beds are not so comfortable, it needs to be changed.
While the rooms exude luxury and meet high standards, being a new hotel, there are some initial challenges that the management should promptly address to prevent recurrence. Despite these issues, my month-long stay was enjoyable, and it never felt monotonous; it provided a sense of being at home. I look forward to revisiting in the future.

Delightful experience, the staff are friendly, the reception are more than capable, attending to every needs of the residents. The rooms are spacious and of course there’s always room for improvement.

Confronting some issues with the staff. However, they have Sultan from front office team he is great and meet my expectations. Also Salaman from the 35 floor is also great. Other front office and operator need more training and they need to take care of their personalities before they give them a job specifically females. Kids club team were awesome
