PLEASE AVOID!!! This is not a 5 star hotel more like a 3 star hotel There no words for the service they provide absolutely shocking First of all you can’t charge your devices as there are electrical problem the whole building when you switch of the lights in your room the whole electric turn off so you have no way of charging your device at night when you go down to reception to ask them what wrong they will just laugh at your face, no apologies no nothing. House keeping is another problem they will not clean your room properly even though your in the room watching them I had to ask “are you not going to hoover the room or change bed cover” The toilet they just add new towels and add shower jell. they won’t even clean the bathroom even though it been 3 days absolutely shocking. DO NOT GET BREAKFAST!! Or any other meal with the hotel. The food is COLD and DRY No table is done up and No cutlery around you have to wait 10-15 min for new cutlery and I am not exaggerating the time. by the time cutlery come your food is gone ice cold.A/C is on full blast at the restaurant so be sure to wear a hoodie/jumper. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST!!!

Rooms was ok but can see visible dust everywhere. WiFi is very slow. I'm using my own net to write this review. They will never respond to calls. We called 3 times no one show up. TV not working from day one. Just near to the masjid. That's the only plus point. I won't recommend for anyone.

Everything is just perfect. Delicious and rich breakfast. Clean rooms and great service. And of the most, 3 mins walking distance from the mosque. Highly recommended. I will be always booking here!

Emaar Royal Hotel Madina is one of the best hotel in Medina near Masjid Al Haram. It's just 2-3 minutes walk to Haram from the hotel. I stayed 6N from 5th dec to 11th Dec 2023 with a pleasant staying over their. The reception is exceptional and provided Me an excellent corner room where I hot a view to Masjid Al Bukhari and the main road. During my stay I found the house keeping is excellent specially the House Man Mr Abu Taher Mesbah dis his best job in keeping the room very steady and clean. All the amenities were duly found all the time. The breakfast was awesome and value for money. This is my second time staying this year. I visited on February this year also. Its very convenient for women's as the women gate is very near. I will give 10/10 to this hotel for its service and Overall performance.

This is not 5 stars I repeat not 5 stars. Maybe it was 5 stars 15 - 20years ago but not anymore. We arrived at almost 7pm and got checked in. The last at reception no English at all didn't tell us anything except breakfast 6am to 10am. We got into our room. We are a couple and saw that we have been given a room with 4 small single beds. The shower was awful the shower doesn't come off for the convenience you're not able to wash the bottom part or you properly, no lights, the shower separator was opaque, and there is no light coming through. The toilet, when you flush it it doesn't stop. Then the room lights. Such a stupid thing right on top of each bed there are spotlights on the ceiling, then reading lights for each bed, and a lamp. When you turn the main lights of the whole room electricity goes so you're not able to charge your phone unless the main lights on top of the beds are on. Even the alarm clock turns off. No common sense was used when they did this. Breakfast was atrocious how is there bread but no toaster? They had the basics nothing else. The pastries were hard, fruits smelt like it has been cut hours ago. I did mention these to the lady at the reception but she didn't seem to care and understand. Don't do this mistake of booking here.
