Emaar Royal Hotel Al Madinah

Rooms was ok but can see visible dust everywhere. WiFi is very slow. I'm using my own net to write this review. They will never respond to calls. We called 3 times no one show up. TV not working from day one. Just near to the masjid. That's the only plus point. I won't recommend for anyone.

Rooms: 1) AC - AC is not working well. We asked them to change the room multiple times or fix it. They changed the room after one night. They apologized as they said the hotel now on maintenance so most of the rooms have bad AC. - We changed the room, AC still not good but better than before. At least we can sleep. 2) Cleanliness: - Very good TBH. Beds are clean with the blankets. - Bathroom is clean too. 3) Electricity: - This is the worst thing in the room. All the electricity near the bed turned off when you turn off the light. Which means you cannot charge your phone before sleep or when the light is off. 4) Location: - Very good. 5 minutes walk from Al haram 5) Breakfast: 6/10 - Bread: variety of types but not fresh - Vegetables: all are there and fresh ?? - Cleanliness: Not that good. Bugs everywhere and bad smell - Other dishes: fair enough 6) Wifi: - Too slow. Prepare your 4G

The problem is the location .. it is far from Haram around 500 meters And the nearst door is dedecated to Ladies So men should walk 200 m more to reach the men's area Food is acceptable and the staff is friendly Clean level is good and reception staff are supportive

The only good thing about it, it is close by the haram for woman and food places are close by too. Some shops around the area. Has a good view. The service is good when checking in.
