I'm going to be very specific in my review. The hotel is nice overall, but it's quite far from the city. There are no Uber or taxi services that reach there, and the hotel doesn't provide a shuttle bus to the airport or the city center. This posed a significant issue for us, as we had expected the hotel to offer services like rental cars, taxis, or shuttles, but unfortunately, they did not

First things they should do
1. Change the lobby diffuser it smells like urine( no jokes)
2. Train your staff
3. Don't get the idea of not allowing food delivery ! And your rooms service food is really bad!
4. The location is VERY far.

Pictures don't say or do justice.... Its just not maintained anymore... Fruit flies all over meeting rooms.. Might as well reconstruct it or renovate...
Its an embrassment to its 5 star status.
Plz look into it n keep it clean. The meeting room is a big mess.
Location is compromised which is OK.
But keep it updated... Its dirty and smells foul...
